Shipping Policy
At Mountclair, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped directly from carefully selected international suppliers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, but on average, orders arrive within 15 to 35 business days. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code to follow its journey. Please note that while we work only with trusted carriers, customs clearance or local postal delays may affect delivery times, and additional import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Mountclair is not responsible for these fees.
