Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. For exchanges due to defects or incorrect items, Mountclair will cover the return shipping costs. Once the exchange is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent as quickly as possible.
